Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and we stand behind the products we sell. We want your shopping experience to be worry and hassle free. That's why we offer a 30 day return guarantee.

Your returned merchandise must meet all of the criteria within our return policy in order to receive a replacement, refund or credit. If the package and merchandise do not meet the requirements in this policy our Shipping and Receiving department may not accept your return, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs including sending an incomplete return back to you or the returned items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. 

When returning an item, you must include:

  1. All of the original packaging and contents. Non-defective items will need to be returned in "new" condition. We will not accept non-defective returns with damage to the packaging.
  2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number written on the return shipping label and the RMA confirmation print-out included in the package with the product.
  3. The original invoice and/or packing slip which was received at the time of purchase or delivery.

Terms and Conditions of Returning Merchandise:

  1. All items must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date* with a valid RMA number.
  2. If you receive an item that arrives with damage, you must report the damage via the RMA form within one week of receipt in order to receive a replacement, refund or credit.
  3. If you need to return an item that is defective after the 30 day return period and is still under warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly or call us for special instructions.
  4. You are responsible for all shipping costs for the item being returned. You will not be credited your original shipping charges or the cost to send the item back to us.
  5. If you would like to exchange a non-defective item for a different product, you will be responsible for the cost to ship the new product to you.
  6. Once your returned item is received by us, we will send a replacement or provide a credit to your credit card as soon as possible. If your order was placed with a check, we will send your refund in the form of a check.
  7. If you are returning a defective item, you will have the option for a replacement at no extra cost or a refund of the original amount of the product only. No shipping costs will be refunded unless special consent is received prior to the item being returned.
  8. Except for defective product, we are unable to accept returns on products that are of a custom nature or special order. Materials that have been cut, modified or installed or applied by you and/or your contractor are not returnable under any circumstances. In the case of paint, if there is a question on color, it must be resolved before the paint has been applied. There are no refunds on coatings that have been applied.
  9. We cannot accept returns on bedding (linens, quilts, pillows, duvets, mattresses, mattress pads, protectors).
  10. In order to continue to provide you with the best prices possible and maintain a positive relationship with our suppliers and manufactures we are not able to make exceptions to this policy.
  11. EcoTimber Flooring Returns Policy - Contact EcoTimber at 303.586.9415. All flooring returns must be shipped to EcoTimber's warehouse. HealthyHome cannot accept flooring returns to its warehouse. All returns must be initiated within 60 days of customer’s receipt of goods. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to sending the return to EcoTimber. EcoTimber's  warehouse will not accept returns without RMA numbers. Only regularly stocked items can be returned. No returns are accepted on special orders, clearance, or discontinued items. Returned items must be received in sellable condition. Engineered flooring products must be returned in unopened, sealed, original packaging. Solid flooring products must be returned with intact original end flap labels sealed with clear packing tape. Only undamaged packages with full-length accessories or flooring will be accepted. Pallets must be fully banded and packed for safe shipment. Customer arranges and pays for all return shipping. Returns received damaged, or not in compliance with the instructions above will not be accepted. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $200. In cases where a customer wishes to return the entirety of an order that has not been removed from the original EcoTimber pallet and original packaging (straps, shrink wrap, corners, etc.), a reduced restocking fee of 15% applies.

* Clearance Items sold during our Clearance Sale are Final Sales and are NOT RETURNABLE.

In order to complete your return, you must request an RMA number. Once your request has been approved, you will receive the RMA number that must be on your package and within your return. Please proceed to the RMA Request form using the link below.
