This advanced formulation outperforms typical water-based sealers and provides long lasting protection against moisture, efflorescence, dusting, marring, and stains. The higher spread rate and effective penetration is due to the patented soy ester formulation that won't evaporate before getting into the pores of the substrate.

Application Data:
Make sure all surfaces and stains have properly cured per manufacturer instructions. All surfaces must be dry and free of grease, oils, wax, dirt, contaminants, etc., prior to sealer application. Apply material to a dry surface using a brush, pad, 3/8 nap roller or low-pressure spray in a thin even coat. Back-roll or wipe where necessary to avoid puddles. One coat application is generally sufficient depending on surface porosity and temperature. If additional coats are required, allow a 1 to 2 hour inter-coat dry time, then apply coat as desired.
Reseal your surface every 2 to 3 years or as needed to prolong the life and beauty of your substrate finish.
