Water Filtration & Treatment
As you may know from our recent emails, we are closing HealthyHome – the store. The website will continue to be available with some changes. One of the changes is in our water filter category. I am currently out of stock. Our current supplier of filters is not set up to ship anything but case quantities of filters, which wasn’t a problem when we had a warehouse. But now that the warehouse is closing, we have had to find another solution for customers who need water filter replacements.
For RO replacement filters go to FiltersFast.com. They carry all the necessary replacement filters and then some.
To the best of our knowledge these are the filters you need as replacement filters for your R/O system. If you aren't sure what to order or how to maintain your reverse osmosis water filter, please contact a qualified plumber who can recommend the proper replacements and help you change your filters.
~~~ For the Aquatura 5 Stage RO System the replacement filters needed for the 6 month replacement set are:
- Liquatec SDF-25-1005 Sediment Filter (prefilter)
- Pentek PCF1-10MB DI (deionization filter)
- ChlorPlus10 Chlorine/Chloramine Filter
- AICRO (Carbon post filter)
When you need to replace the R/O membrane what you’ll need is the Filmtec TW30-1812-50. The R/O membrane needs to be changed every 2 to 3 years depending on the use.
